West Coast tech firms find complementing strengths the best way to help customers save money and go green
Silicon Valley CA – Applied Power Technologies (APT) and Vancouver, Canada’s Pulse Energy announced today a strategic partnership to leverage one another’s unique capabilities in energy management services to maximize their value to their respective clients and future customers.

“APT and Pulse Energy share a vision to use improved energy management technology to make the world’s buildings more efficient.” said David Helliwell, Pulse Energy co-founder. “By working with APT’s highly skilled team to source and install metering technology quickly and affordably, PulseTM software will be able to provide more value to more customers in California.”

The APT / Pulse Energy partnership provides end-to-end value to their clients; ensuring robust metering system design and deployment, energy visualization, and environmental reporting. Clients making investments into energy information systems are realizing reductions in their consumption and operating costs that range from 5 – 25%.

Pulse Energy is growing at an impressive speed and we’re proud to introduce their energy management capabilities to further increase cost and energy savings for our clients,” said Andrew Taylor, APT CEO. “The potential in energy management as a significant approach to fighting climate change is just starting to be realized through this kind of sharing of resources.”
